What do you love about the town your home is in?
Stafford is a quiet small town with a lot of history. It is a quiet rural setting
removed from the traffic and congestion of the city. The location allows direct and rapid
access to all major Northeast cities, especially New York and Boston as well as the
Connecticut and Rhode Island shoreline. In addition to many shops, restaurants and a
grocery chain store in town, more shopping and cinema opportunities abound 10 – 30
minutes away by car in Enfield, Manchester, Tolland, Vernon, and Sturbridge
Massachusetts. Interstate 84 is only 3 minutes from out driveway.
If you are in a neighborhood, what great things do you do there?
The property has a pond with great fishing. We are neighbored by the state forest
which provides walking trails and wildlife. The Stafford Fish and Game Club located
across the street allows privacy and many activities for the nature lovers.
My favorite restaurants around this home are?
Basils Restaurant is our favorite offering Italian / American cuisine with a great friendly atmosphere.

Stafford offers a private Catholic school, St. Edward School for grades 1-8. Our
child thrived with the experience of attending. Small class sizes offer a individualized learning environment.

What did you do for interests and hobbies near to the property?
Being nature lovers our family enjoyed the outdoor, state forest and nature of the
